California is investigating Blue Cross, Blue Shield for misleading consumers about their new Affordable Care Act coverage. I expect we will see more of this in the coming months and years, given the magnitude of the changes surrounding health insurance in America.

What exactly is bad faith insurance? I would like to invest in it, but only if I need it. If I can go without it, I would definitely choose to do that. I really don't know what I need.
