Supreme Court Finds Affordable Care Act Constitutional

In a historic ruling, the Supreme Court has ruled that the ACA (Obamacare) is constitutional. Specifically they found that the individual mandate, which requires most individuals to either buy health insurance or pay money to the IRS, was constitutional as a tax. The Court would not have found it a Constitutional exercise of the Commerce Clause but determined it to be valid through Congress' power to tax.
