Insurance Companies Refunding $1,300,000,000

Consumers and small businesses will be refunded over one billion dollars of their insurance premiums this year due to provisions in the Affordable Care Act that require insurers to spend a minimum percentage of insurance premiums directly on your medical care:
The Kaiser study projects that nearly one-third (31%) of consumers who buy their own insurance will receive rebates, and so will more than a quarter (28%) of small businesses that insure their workers. About one-fifth (19%) of major employers are expected to get rebates -- $541 million worth.
